This past summer, I awoke from a sound sleep at approximately 4:00 a.m.
Not from noise, but from a feeling that I should get up and go to my kitchen to look out over the to the parking lot that
is located across the alley from where I live.
There was a man's body in the middle of the parking lot. I instinctively knew he was dead
and had died from inflicted stab wounds .
I immediately reached for my camera, and took a series of pictures. The police were nowhere
yet in site. It was eerily quiet except for the piercing caws of the large numbers of crows that were beginning to circle
the body.
Police claimed the victim jumped from the adjacent building. However, when they lifted his shirt to
take photos before they bagged him, stab wounds were evident as blood started to flow more freely under the victim and across
the lot. NOTE: Non-digital format used. No moisture present.
